Product Description
An A1 Non-Combustible multi-application Glass Mineral Wool slab, manufactured using Knauf Insulation's unique ECOSE® Technology, and designed for use in multiple applications in both timber and steel frame construction to allow flexibility across a range of projects. Insulation in interior or partition walls and floors can be used to provide a combination of both acoustic and thermal insulation. This Omnifit Slab Insulation is water resistant and is designed for friction fitting.

Manufactured from glass mineral wool, these Omnifit Insulation Slabs are fire rated as Euroclass A1 and fully compliant with BS EN 13501-1.
Resistant to the growth of mould and bacteria, this insulation has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP).
Excellent thermal performance and sound absorption characteristics
Multi-application product which can be used to insulate a wide range of applications
Made with ECOSE® Technology which does not contain any added phenol or formaldehyde. Products made with ECOSE® are soft to touch, they generate low levels of dust and low VOCs
Friction fitting closes joints, prevents gaps and restricts air movement
Offers the best all round performance (thermal, fire and acoustic) when compared to rigid foam boards to insulate between timber and steel frame applications.
