Product Description
Cromar Vent 3 Roofing Membrane provides weather protection for your roofing whilst still providing ventilation for the building. Lightweight and durable, this breathable roofing membrane will provide an excellent level of ventilation for your building. The three layers that make up this Cromar Roofing Membrane comprise of a top layer of bonded high tensile polypropylene with a micro-porous polypropylene film coating, providing an excellent level of waterproofing. This top layer is designed to be outward facing. The middle layer is breathable, providing the membrane with ventilation, preventing condensation from forming and the bottom layer, designed to be on the inside of the roof is protective. Making sure the membrane is undamaged will ensure it continues to work effectively in allowing moisture vapours to be released without allowing any water in.
